Taking a closer look at a few under-minded NBA West teams that are making names for themselves in this heavily talented conference
This NBA season has a lot of high hopes for the overpowered Western half of the league. With the reigning champs Golden State Warriors acquiring DeMarcus Cousins this off-season it just goes to show that the Warriors don’t plan on halting their everlasting success anytime soon, and that’s just one example of the many stacked competitors the Western Conference has to offer.
When you think Western Conference contenders, the Warriors are the first to come to mind along with the Houston Rockets, Oklahoma City Thunder, and Los Angeles Lakers with the newly acquired LeBron James.
However, there are some lesser noticed teams that are making a name for themselves amongst the heavily favored conference. Some underestimated squads are slowly creeping up the rankings in efforts to have their talents recognized.
