Milwaukee is a season-high eight games over.500 and is off to its best start since the 1985-86 season, when it opened 12-4. ... This is the fourth game of a six-game home stand for the Bucks, who are 2-1 so far during the stretch. Milwaukee rallied from a 17-point deficit to beat the Denver Nuggets 104-98 Monday night as Giannis Antetokounmpo recorded 29 points, 12 rebounds and six assists and Eric Bledsoe added 23 points and five assists. ... The Bucks are 8-1 at home this season, their best start since winning 18 in a row to open the 1990-91 season. The Bucks' only loss came last Wednesday, 116-113, against the Memphis Grizzlies. ... Heading into Tuesday night's games, Milwaukee was the only team in the NBA ranked in the top five in both offensive rating (2nd, 112.9) and defensive rating (5th, 102.2). ... In their last two games, the Bucks have won despite suffering large first-half deficits. In addition to the 17-point comeback against the Nuggets, Milwaukee also overcame a 22-point deficit in a 123-104 win over the Chicago Bulls. In that game, the Bucks won despite trailing by 18 at halftime. It was the second-largest halftime comeback in franchise history and just the second time in the shot-clock era (since 1954-55) that a team won by 18 or more points after trailing by at least 18 at halftime. ... Milwaukee scored a season-high 78 points in the second half of that game, including 46 points in the third quarter. The 78 second-half points were the Bucks' most in any half since Nov. 14, 2009, when they scored 80 against the Golden State Warriors. ... This is the fifth game of a six-game Thanksgiving trip for the Blazers, who beat the New York Knicks 118-114 Tuesday night at Madison Square Garden. CJ McCollum scored 14 of his team-high 31 points in the fourth quarter and Damian Lillard added 29 points in the win. The Blazers' trip ends Friday at Golden State. ... The Blazers and Bucks are playing for the second and final time this season. The Blazers beat Milwaukee 118-103 Nov. 6 in Portland as CJ McCollum scored a season-high 40 points. The prolific outing helped him earn Western Conference Player of the Week honors. ... The Blazers have lost six of their last eight meetings against the Bucks, including four in a row in Milwaukee. Portland's last win in Milwaukee came on Nov. 20, 2013. ... Antetokounmpo scored a career-high 44 points the last time the teams played in Milwaukee (Oct. 21, 2017). ...
